Coronavirus Office Procedures

We now offer COVID-19 testing at our office for our members for $50 per test. Supplies are limited and you must make an appointment by either calling us or setting up your appointment through the patient portal.

During this uncertain time we are doing everything we can to protect our team members and our patients. We have taken measures to ensure that your health and safety is our number one priority. 

Office Procedures:
  • We are open for essential sick visits via in-office or virtual visit only. You may call us or access the patient portal to book an appointment with us. We will determine whether you should come into the office or a virtual visit.

  • We have installed two Hitechsolution air purifiers in the Huntersville office to help keep air qualities at their best. 

  • We are staggering and increasing time between appointments so that we may sanitize the office more frequently and thoroughly between patients.

  • When confirming appointments, we will ask you some screening questions (new onset of cough/sore throat, elevated temperature, etc.)

  • We screen all patients coming into the office by taking their temperature before entering.

  • No one is allowed in the waiting area. You will need to wait in your car until you are texted to come into the office.

  • Masks are optional for patients and staff.

  • No family members or friends are allowed during procedures (only the patient receiving treatment)

  • Only 1 parent allowed with a child or sick visit

  • We have hand sanitizer by the front door front desk and throughout the office. We’ll be asking you to use it as soon as you enter. It will be available as needed and as you leave.
