Although infrared light is typically safe for pregnant women, it’s essential to use it in moderation. Excessive use can result in overheating or dehydration, so it’s advisable to limit the and frequency of infrared sauna sessions to mitigate these risks.

Red light therapy has an immediate impact on the skin, but consistent use of the device is essential for noticeable results. Typically, individuals notice visible changes after approximately three weeks of using it for 15-20 minutes, three to five times a week.
