JOB OPPORTUNITIES
Official Title: Medical Practice Operations Manager
Unofficial Title: Keep of All Things
Are you the person who can walk into a room where 17 things are happening at once… and somehow help everyone feel like, “We’ve got this”?
Do you love people, systems, problem-solving, accountability, organization, project management, and making things run better than they did yesterday?
You might be our person.
At Benton Integrative Medicine, we already have something pretty special: a talented, caring team that is deeply committed to our patients and to the work we do.
What we’re looking for now is the right operational leader to take things to the next level while continuing to grow our expanding team.
Someone who can bring structure, clarity, organization, and follow-through so our people can do what they do best.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk-and-maintain-the-status-quo kind of role.
We need someone who can:
-
Lead, support, and develop an already strong team
-
Create clarity when there are a lot of moving pieces
-
Hold people accountable with both kindness and confidence
-
Recognize people’s strengths and help them succeed in the right roles
-
Improve systems and workflows
-
Organize projects, priorities, deadlines, and follow-through
-
Know what needs attention now, what can wait, and what should be delegated
-
Communicate exceptionally well with patients, providers, and staff
-
See a problem and think, “I can figure this out.”
-
Help us grow without losing the heart, culture, and connection that make our practice special
You’ll thrive here if you are highly organized, emotionally intelligent, resourceful, proactive, comfortable with change, and able to balance strong leadership with genuine care for people.
And technology? You don’t just tolerate it.
We’re looking for someone who is a bit of a technology whiz — comfortable learning new systems, organizing digital information, using tools efficiently, and finding smarter ways to work.
Someone who understands project management.
Someone who can take a long list of competing priorities and turn it into a clear, organized plan.
Someone who isn’t afraid of AI — and knows how to use it responsibly and thoughtfully to improve organization, communication, efficiency, planning, and follow-through.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who understands that great operations are not just about systems.
They’re about people.
We want a leader who can come alongside a great team, help remove obstacles, create consistency, communicate clearly, celebrate wins, and help people feel supported while still moving the practice forward.
We are a team committed to helping people look upstream — beyond symptoms and toward deeper health, healing, vitality, and possibility.
And we’re looking for a leader who wants to help us build what’s next.
