After completing her BA in Human Resources from Michigan State University and Masters in Psychology from Walden University, Lisa’s personal and professional life took a turn toward holistic health. She has experienced drastic personal health transformations and seeks to empower others to do the same. Lisa is certified with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the School for Applied Functional Medicine, and Board Certified through the American Association of Natural Wellness Practitioners (AANWP) following completion of studies with the Academy of Naturopathic and Functional Wellness. Her training includes extensive exploration of functional blood chemistry analysis, gut health, metabolic dysfunction, autoimmunity, hormone regulation, nervous system regulation and many more areas. She works with clients to create their unique healing environment incorporating more balance in all areas of health. When she is not researching, Lisa finds any opportunity to spend time with her husband, two boys, and mini schnauzer.
